CBI's President Attends Special Management Program Featuring Jack Welch
Kathy Coffey, President of CBI Research, Inc. recently participated in an intensive, face-to-face learning program on winning in your business and career. The program was led by the world's most celebrated CEO, Jack Welch. The program was limited to 100 executives, who came from companies such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals and Amgen Inc.

The two-day program aided top-level business executives in sorting out their most urgent strategic challenges and toughest managerial issues. Attendees debated their biggest challenges, and gained insight on different opportunities. Jack Welch urged the attendees to "Come prepared to talk about your own business and career challenges - and to have them addressed straight on."
Sessions at the program included "Leading To Win," "Change & Crisis," "People," "Designing Strategy" and "Growth and Innovation." All the sessions were led by Jack Welch himself.
